I would like to acknowledge and commend the personnel at Superior. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful in answering any questions that I had in regards to the repairs on my automobile. I very much appreciated your service of providing updates that included photos during the repair process. They've done a spectacular job at restoring my vehicle and I have gotten several compliments. I would recommend this company to others over other area businesses.

Car looks really great, and was ready for me on time. A rental car was offered, but I didn't need one as you had the car finished for me the following day. I was genuinely impressed by the service I received both from yourselves and GEICO.

I was contacted and told my car was finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived and inspected my car, I noticed that my left rear wheel had not been repaired/refinished per the estimate. When I questioned KW about it, she seemed surprised. A fellow employee, standing nearby, offered information that suggested that the employee who does wheel repairs was not available to do the work-but I could make an appointment (maybe a two hour job) and bring my car back and it could get done. First, I should not have been told my car was finished when it was not. I discovered the unfinished work--not offered the information upfront. Secondly, it is a big inconvenience(as a customer) coming back in a second time to get this work finished. The other repair work done to the car seemed of a very high quality, and I appreciated the continual email updates from the customer service rep during the repair process. Geoffrey B

WHILE THE REPAIR WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE AND MORE THAN ON TIME, ONE ITEM WAS NOT REPAIRED. THERE WAS A SLIGHT COMMUNICATION GAP AND THE CAR NEEDS TO BE RETURNED FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT CONCLUDED.

Wasn't happy about having to be at a collision shop in the first place. However everyone was friendly and my car was completed a day early. During the process I received email updates on the progress which was nice. Hopefully I will never need your service again but should I have the need I will definitely be back and recommend Supreme Auto. Thank you
