Dropping the car off was very well organized; staff had all the paperwork and were ready, and were very friendly, courteous and professional. Same goes for the next-door car rental operation.

The damage related to the car collision was perfectly repaired. However, a small damage in the paint caused by weather is now very visible. Someone peeled the paint off and now rust can be seen from far away. Pictures were taken in your shop before the repair. Regards, Thalita S

From the moment I walked in the door, your staff, Sean and Nicole, were waiting for me and even greeted me by name (nice touch!) All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Then Sean walked me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I had told my boss I expected to be at least an hour late for work. Instead, I was back to work in less than a half hour, thanks to your great staff. Picking up my car went just as smooth. The work was completed the next day and I was in and out within minutes. Your business is a model for others to follow. It's clear there's a big emphasis on customer service at your business and it did not go unnoticed. In fact, I sang your praises when I got back to my office. Hopefully, I won't get into another accident, but if I ever do, I will definitely turn to you guys. Thank you.
