Left off the keyless entry sensor in the driver side door, and the windshield is compromised with a permanent fog, when I picked the car up the a/c was turned to the lowest level so the technicians saw the issue with the windshield but made the wrong diagnosis

Unfortunately what started off as a 5 day repair turned into a month repair. When i was finally told that my car was ready, I arrive at the shop only to find a light still on as a result of the repairs and a part of my vehicle not repaired. It took 9 more days until my car was ready and upon picking it up I had spots that was referred to by the shop as water marks all over the hood. The guy told me that they would come off at one wash. Three washes later the “water marks” are still there. All of this and I never received one phone call with a status update. I had to call every time and ask what was going on with my vehicle. Highly disappointed in the service I received.
