The end result is nothing short of a great repair job by tech Jimmy Hardman, Thanks to Kasey Meeks for her skills in defusing a very unpleasant situation for me , she took control and we rode this 30 saga out to a pleasant ending. I couldn’t be happier with end result. BUT , there is no need leadership in your Main St location . I have been in the Nashville collision industry for over 40 yrs and that explains why I chose SK...But WOW , what an experience it’s been.

Garrett and Gage did an excellent job servicing my vehicle and were incredibly compassionate and considerate despite difficult 3rd party insurance issues. Heidi (the Highlander) was so very appreciative for her rhinoplasty! Thank you for the best auto repair service I have ever experienced!

The whole experience was so great! Everyone I worked with was so nice and knowledgeable. Special props to Etta! And I can’t remember her name (so sorry!) but the lady who just started at the front desk was SO helpful and kind as well! All-around great service and great people.

The service we concise and on time. The only complaint I had was that when my husband and I tried to call to inquire about the status of our repair, we were not able to reach Ms. Joyce. She did call us and let us know what was going on with our vehicle, but when we wanted to reach her she not available.Other than that, we were satisfied with the service.

My VW SPORTWAGEN...THE REAR tailgate door has small hydraulic piston strut units that hold up the door when you open it. Evidently they replaced my two working units with two that don't work. (Evidently,during repair process, they remove the struts and replaced my two WORKING units with two that don't work) It's an understandable mistake. I'm going to Geico tomorrow.... The repair work is outstanding, great work, you cant tell its been damaged.... Thanks, Garee P

Service King made my process easy and Swift. My car was scheduled to be fix the next day of my accident. I was alerted rather by phone or text on the updates of my vehicle. Once I got there, the associate Mike broke everything down for me on what was repaired and escorted me to my car. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs.
