The service was great. The only suggestion I would make is I was told it wouldn’t be ready until November 5th. Then got an update two days later that you had started on my car and would be ready in 12 days which still went with the November 5th estimate?! Then I got a text the very next day that my car was ready?! Totally glad my car was fixed so quickly BUT the work time estimate was way way off! I even drove to the airport on Thursday to exchange my rental car with a better one since it was going to be SO long before I got my car back! So work time estimate needs to be a lot more accurate. But work was great and everyone I interacted with was very nice and accommodating! So thank you but thought you should know estimated work time frame needs to be more accurate.

I was advised you all opened at 730am...I come to pick up my vehicle after dropping my son off at school and heading to work...only to get there and be advised I had a $500 deductible, which I’d gotten straightened out with both your company and Geico the day before. The young lady tells me she has to contact Geico again...even after I advised I had texts and voicemails from the young lady the day before who spoke with Geico. She then found a piece of paper saying it was waived...better procedures and communication goes a long way.

Customer Service outstanding. I intentionally pushed, and they responded with quality service. One note. Customer Service should provide customers with a copy of the contract upon signing the contract and not the end of the service request

Had an extremely pleasant experience. Lindsay (I think? Short hair and tattoos) was so caring and even tried to go into the paint booth to retrieve items I’d left in the trunk. And my car was ready 4 days early too! Would definitely use service king again.

I love this body shop. I waited 3 weeks to get into your specific shop. Amber kept me informed daily and I really appreciated her very very much. I hated the rental car and and she listened to me whine, which is not her job. Tha car looks wonderful. Thank you Amber and the entire staff. And many many thanks to the lady who found my debit car and called me because I was so excited to get my Stang back and didn't even know it was gone.
