My car looks good as new, there are zero complaints there. However, I received numerous text alerts as well as a phone call stating my car would be ready by around the end of Friday afternoon. Upon calling to confirm on Friday, I was told it would definitely be ready by Monday morning. I called Monday morning to confirm, and was told it was just waiting to be looked over. I heard nothing back until I called a second time around 2:30 in the afternoon. I was told it still had not been looked over. I finally heard back by 3:30 pm saying it was ready. Again, no complaints on the work done on my vehicle or the friendliness of the staff (which is top notch), I just would have preferred to have a more accurate prediction of when my car would be ready considering I did not have a rental car during this time. Perhaps tweaking the computer system that manages the texting alerts or a better communication between staff and customer. Thank you.

I was well taken care of and if I didn't have to work 17 hours could have picked it up on Friday. I will come back if needed. I will be in to have it reconnected, the part under the front that just 'came off or is loose as I was told I could do on Monday.
