Amber was my contact person that helped me with my repair and she was absolutely AMAZING every step of the way. She was so thorough on her initial inspection, getting down on the ground to look under the car for damage, looking under the hood and all around the car that once she gave me the initial estimate, it never changed. She kept in contact with me daily about where we were in the process and what would happen next and when the estimated finish date was. When we picked up the car when it was finished, it looked AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied with the end result. I own a business and I see people all day long and will repeatedly tell the story of her exceptional customer service!!

Where to begin, my car was hit by another driver running a red light in the back corner on the drivers side. The wheel, back bumper, and side panel were effected. This repair took over a month. I was sent a text message saying the job was 68% completed over 2 weeks before I was actually picked up my car. You all pushed it back probably 3 or 4 times each time for at least a couple more days. Then once I was finally able to pick my car up, you all didn't even put the new wheel on. I trusted everything was done right, but when I got home and inspected the car, the beat up wheel was still on my car. I drove it back and the description was "ohh shoot we have it in the back" and told me to come back in the morning because the mechanic was gone. So I had to come back the next morning before work and wait 30 minutes for them to put the new wheel on. The lady I worked with was very nice, but obviously my experience was less that satisfying.

Considering the work I needed done, it took too long to get my car back. I was told the work would be done between 3-5 days. I needed my bumper to be repainted and to have some small scratches on my truck lid to be bugged out. The shop lost my bumper which likely contributed to the delay but I was kept in the dark on the matter for nearly **** week. I was given a complimentary rental only the day before my car was ready. The day I picked up the car, the buffing service for the trunk lid that I requested had not been done at all. The car was quickly taken back to have the scratches from the trunk lid removed. The labor cost for the buff service was taken off but that didn’t make up for the loss of a car part, not actually having completed all the work and the poor communication. I would not recommend Service King to anyone.

The service was excellent and time appropriate. The communication was excellent. There are still scratches on the door handle, but overall, we are very satisfied.
