Y’all extra for no reason, extra for no reason. The guy who helped me seemed extremely fake at first. It seemed he was turning on his customer service voice. Being all extra courteous. Repeating the same thing over and over with a smile. Extra. But he was consistent and genuine. Everyone seemed so honest, in a family type way. With so many things in my way, not wanting me to win and not wanting me to be great. Y’all legit just wanted me to shine. Or at least my car. My baby looked so pretty when I saw her in the lot. I was so happy. I’m still happy. And now I want to go to the car wash. But I’m going to wait the three weeks. Like the my service king guy told me. But I’m going to clean the inside because Mother Nature felt my struggle and decided to rain. So imma vacuum the inside. Thank you service king for getting me back right right. Y’all extra for a reason Service ????????????????

My complaint is more so with Geico, but my car was finished in a little over a week and I was never contacted regarding pickup. Meanwhile I had to keep and pay for my rental car for 6 extra days in the time my car was finished. Upon receiving my keys and going to my car it was sitting in a lot in downtown Nashville and was not even locked. My car was returned with grease all over my beige seats and a massive black grease stain in my white carpet that will not come out and has ruined the carpet on the drivers side. Highly disappointed in the lack of care that was put into my car and will NEVER be returning for any service. The “cleaning” service I was told my car would receive before returning it to me is a joke if you consider it leaving permanent stains in my car and staining my leather.

The headlight they put in wasn’t working properly (blinker) and the “new” bumper was actually damaged and will need to be replaced requiring me to bring it back at a later date, take off work, to get it fixed when it should have been fixed to begin with.

The repair done was great. The techs should just take a little more time to clean up after themselves though. There were finger/hand prints on the interior of my car. There was some kind of residue on my stereo console and a razor blade left on the apron for my windshield wipers.
