I have already reported to the local team that my portable satellite radio was stolen out of my vehicle while at Service King. The air conditioning vent was also damaged. Also discovered this morning that my rear wiper does not function now that the rear hatch was removed, painted, and replaced. The painted area was returned dirty with finger print smudges all over the glass. Also, the paint work is subpar and shows evidence of orange peel.

Everything was great for the most part... until I got in my car to drive away and the rear sensor light warning light came on. So instead of happily driving away, I had to go back into the office and have someone pull the car around back to connect or reprogram the sensor lights. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if someone remembered to do it.... whoever drove my car to the front after repairs were completed had to have seen the big orange warning light! So I had to sit and wait another 10 minutes... not a huge deal but I was in a rush to get back to work!

My antenna piece on top of my 2012 Chrysler 200 was missing/off my vehicle when I picked it up. Service King called the person that repaired my vehicle but they didn’t know what happened to the black antenna piece. The person that released it to me said they was going to order a new one but I haven’t heard from no one yet!

The car was damaged while on the premises. The repair was fine but the extra repair cost more in deductible and was finished when I was not in town to pick it up and I had to pay extra days for the rental because the insurance only covered up until the second repair was done. I liked that I was kept informed of the progress.
