Thank you the van looks great. You all did a great job. Other than the confusion on the text messages about when it will be ready and about the payment it was an okay experience. I received several text stating that it won't be done until March 7th. Then I got a text saying it was going to be ready that day on March 1st. Then when I called it was a confusion on the payment and that I had to bring the first check with me that was sent to me. So I didn't make it down that day bc I didn't get the check. Didn't make it down Saturday because of that confusion and I had class and didn't know you all close early at 12 noon. I brought the rental back that Monday morning and there was confusion on who's paying the extra two days in the rental. I felt like I shouldn't be responsible because I was told I had to bring the payment which I never received and it was resubmitted to Service King later. So Geico stated he would talk to someone that was out with sickness about the payment and get back with me. So Enterprise put the balance/ payment on pending. I already paid extra for the insurance and the wreck was not even my fault. So I didn't like the cost that I had to pay out nor did I like the confusion but again the van looks great and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thanks!
