Multiple items not resolved. Missing screw cover from my door. Additionally, since, Service King worked on my door, my locks are locking themselves multiple times at random while driving. I have a letter from the Honda Dealership that this is a result of the Service King Repairs since they are the only individuals who have worked on/removed my door. Grease stain left on interior cloth of my door. Completely a nightmare.

Got the call to get my car back yesterday and upon inspecting my car the driver side passenger door still had dents and the inside body of the car is still dented along with the scratches that are right by the partially fixed dent inside the car and never got painted....very disappointed by poor workmanship and half attempted looking repairs. Areas inside the door area also not cleaned after "work" was done...I should not be called to get my car if it's clearly not fixed and the adjuster didn't write all the repairs into the order as I was told last night when we looked over my car.

My customer service rep was fantastic and trustworthy. I would want her to be my point person again if I were to use Service King again. However, when I went to pick up my car there were problems with the paint and rubber stripping around the new door. It was a sloppy, rushed job. The service rep was very apologetic and promised to get it fixed quickly but I wasn’t able to pick up my car for 2-3 more days. In addition, the new fender has a small blemish in the clear coat and to my eye the paint blending could have been done better. Overall, it was an mediocre experience with some positives and some negatives. I would consider using Service King again but I would also consider other shops as well.

I'm not certain that you repaired it without harming other parts of the car. The car broke down the day after I picked it up. Airbag light was on when I picked it up, clock was an hour behind, and tire light came on next day. EPC light also came on next day. Car was towed & will have to be taken to mechanic.
