I am happy with how the work was completed, but I was not satisfied with the communication. I felt follow through was problematic and there were scheduling errors as well. I also don’t think the staff was helpful as they could have been when troubleshooting certain situations.

Part missing, service light on park assist on, wasn’t on at time of accident or after. Was told to bring in back on Monday.... which I guess I’ll have to do. When you keep a car for almost a month seems like things like this should have been identified and corrected.

I brought my car to Service King on April 6th, and did not get my car back until May 2nd, and the damage was just scratches. At the beginning, I was receiving texts and was kept up to date on the status of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle would be ready April 17th, then April 19th via text. I heard nothing over the weekend of the 20th, and I had to call every day the next two weeks to get any updates on the status of the vehicle. I was told it would be ready the 24th, then the 26th, then was told it would be the 29th at the latest. I continued to call as no one was keeping me informed nor was I getting any texts from SK. Megan at the front desk was very kind and helpful when I called in getting any sort of answers on why it would take a month to fix scratches. I was told the average time of repair was four days, and yet I was without my car for four weeks.

I was hit and since their insurance (Geico) had ServiceKing as their preferred repair and the processed seemed easy I went with it.
I dropped my car off on 4/18 and was told I'd get updates via texts but not to trust them and I'd get personal updates. As of 4/24 I had only gotten the text messages. I called and was told my car might be ready that day if not it'd be the next week due to the NFL Draft.
I was called on 4/29 that my car was ready and I could pick it up any time. I went to the shop at 10 am to pick it up. I was given my keys but not told where my car was. I got to my car and it was slighly dirty and completely blocked in.
After driving it home I noticed that the left front blinker wasn't working alot with an extra dinging noise after driving it for a new minutes. These issues were not present before I dropped off my car.

I didn’t have to lift a finger. They got me in and out. I was impressed with the customer service and organization. My rental car was ready for me as soon as I dropped my car off. I would recommend this insurance company to anyone.

The service was fast and excellent but I had to tell them to wash my car when I picked it up it had mud all around it, they told me they washed it on Saturday and we had thunderstorms since then and my car wasn’t ready til yesterday
