It took 2 ****/2 weeks and I did not have a rental. I also asked them several times and to two different people to give me an estimate to fix the passenger door and never got a response on that at all. I was going to have it done their as I would be paying for it myself but will take it elsewhere.

We waited an additional week for the emblem on our vehicle to come in. In addition, after receiving our vehicle, the rear taillight was not functioning properly. The repair took close to a month which was at least two weeks longer than it would’ve been to have it fixed thru our personal mechanic. Since we were forced into a rental vehicle after being struck by another vehicle. We ended up paying for close to a month worth of the 12.99 per day insurance fee due to the lengthy repair. Very dissatisfied with the response time by the staff.

When I brought my car in for insurance work I asked the appraiser how much some bumper work would cost that was not covered by the insurance. He said between $500-$1500 depending if he had to replace the bumper. I said ok, I need to have it done. He then gave me some paper work which I thought was the insurance appraisal, but was actually the appraisal for the bumper work. When I picked up the car I asked why the bumper had not been repaired and was told I did not return the estimate, which I was not aware I had. The mis-communication cost me over $200 in additional expenses ($127 in car rental, and $99 in an additional required scope of some sort), as well as the inconvenience of returning the car a second time.
