Your team neglected to replace the model badge on my car. They stated lies about reasons for not being able to acquire it. They stated the part does not exit any more. When I did a quick search in my phone I found oem parts and aftermarket from various manufacturers that ranged around 30-60$. So you all charged my insurance thousands of dollars to repair my Tahoe and now there is no badge to indicate this car is a Tahoe.
I’m trying to inquire about this situation I was met with hostility,
I will never recommend service king and I will never return. My goal is to get gieco to realize how big of crooks you all are,

I just didn't like the messages that went out. When they started on my car (a Monday) I was told it should be done by Friday. The messages starting coming on Tuesday that it wasn't going to be finished until the following Wednesday (over a week later). I got about 3 messages regarding this and finally called on Wed to confirm at which point I was told all the messages were wrong and the car would be done by Thursday or Friday of that week (the original estimate).

The first issue is a powerful, chemical odor permeating my car. I noticed it when I got in my vehicle and incorrectly assumed it would quickly dissipate. I drove around in 90+ degree weather with the windows down for a couple of hours with no luck. The smell gave me a headache. Finally, I parked the car in my garage and left my windows down for an entire night. It’s now day two and my garage now has that same weird smell and my car is no better. Problem two involves the interior cleaning of my car. I noticed that someone cleaned the infotainment touchscreen, because I saw a few streaks. However, the streaks didn’t go away when I used my dry microfiber cloth to clean it. It appears there’s now moisture (inside) the display! I have no idea what they used or did, but it wasn’t that way when I dropped my car off for repair. Other than that, the fender looks fine.

The time that it took to complete the repair seems completely unreasonable. When we finally received a call and email and that the vehicle was ready, we arrived to pick it up and was told it was not ready. This further delayed pick up by another day.
