Service King gave first-class service throughout the process. We appreciated the daily update.

We felt that there was a lack of professionalism as they didn't do everything they said they would do or have done on the front end. They did do all of it after we went to pick up our car and pointed out the things that were not done.

After several mishaps (running out of something to paint the car, getting several wrong bumpers and having lots of dings in the car which weren't there before) the team did try to make the experience as good as possiably. However, after receiving my car I've noticed that one of the scratches that was supposed to be fixed wasn't and now my back up camera no longer alerts me when I get close to another car. I will be calling again on Monday to try and see what can be done. Everyone is really nice and I do feel sad that I've had such a frustrating experience but since the car was only purchased in January BRAND NEW and it's been at your shop for three weeks of the three months that I've had the car I am disappointed that I have to bring it in again. I am hoping this additional issue can be resolved without having to leave the car with you yet again.
