Every bit of the process with getting my car fixed was seamless, from my initial phone call with Geico, to dropping my car off and picking it up, Geico and Service King did an awesome job!! I appreciate them keeping me updated, plus being so friendly and professional, and staying on target for my car being completed when they said that it would! I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I need additional repairs!!

I was told that my vehicle should be done on the 14th. It wasn’t. I understand how things can go, I wasn’t upset about missing your predicted deadline. What lissed me off, was the fact that I had to call, over and over again to figure out what was going on. The , waiting over a week for a part to arrive, that had been miss placed... then... showing up to pick up my vehicle (I was called and told it was completed) just to see that the work that was promised to be done wasn’t even finished! I wasted my time calling you, wasted my time driving out to Franklin from Nashville, and then will have to waste my time when you arrive to finally finish the work I was told was already done... pretty pathetic customer service... not mentioned, the three times I was promised a call back and never received them... I can’t wait for my google and Facebook reviews.

It appears someone backed into something after repairs so the car is not ready to take home. Also, it is a different bumper than the original. I was not made aware of the changes
