Insurance company said the repairs would take 4 days but it took 10 business days. The interior of the vehicle was covered in a layer of dust and had to be thouroughly cleaned. I found four random screws and other parts laying around the vehicle. Overall not impressed with the final product.

My driver window and door has been damaged. Not sure what happened but it was fine when I dropped it off on Monday. My window will not go all the way up and my door will not close completely.I need everything that was damaged to be repaired.

Paint color does not match. Grill is different than the original. One headlamp new the other old one does not match. I feel that on the headlight at minimum the cover should have been matched to the new one. This may not have been the fault of service king, but insurance would not cover.
