39 days to repair.
Rental cost to me at $20 / day for same size vehicle to accommodate 2 boosters and a car seat.
Adhesive left on passenger door.
Deductible asked for at pick up even though other party claimed responsibility and other party agent clarified deductible would be sent day of drop off.
I had to call GEICO to clarify and solve.
Old front wheel rim/hub left in back of car.
Orange Marker left on back bumper.
New paint damage on back left lift gate.
Car wasn’t “ready” for pick up based on the above.
Discrepancy in text notification dates and actual dates received from service manager causing extra calls to ensure rental was reserved

Service King had my car at their facility for weeks before they worked on it. I believe they should call you to bring your car in when they are ready to work on it and not to make you wait unnecessarily

The only issue that I have this far is that when you disconnected the battery, you reset the key fobs. Now only one will do the keyless entry.

You-service king/ were supposed to call me tonight about 4 or 5. I waited waited i was nervous. Bc i have to work every day.
You said, "we will call you today."
promised me that my car of sensor part will be fixed today.
So i trusted totally but nobody called me.
About 5:30, i left to service king to get my van.
i walked all the way to service king.

I waited waited so long, omg
