I was thrilled to see,, when I got my car back it has been washed,, vacuumed,, Wheels cleaned and tires look like they have been applied with Armor All.... My car was in the shop for three weeks, I finally got notified that it was ready. I showed up to pick up my car, and it wasn't not completely fixed. They forgot to repair my gas tank sensor; it may have just been an oversight but still frustrating.

Took all day to fix a head light. Left car overnight with the intent for it to be serviced quickly. Very inconvenient to not have a vehicle the entire night before and the entire next day. Not what was expected

Greasy Smudges on the cloth interior, dust particles in the paint job, roof rack not reinstalled properly all after keeping it an additional 2.5 days longer than the estimated time. I was devastated when my car was hit twice. I did my research to find a great body shop that cld provided service for my car. When I picked up my car, I also most cried. Nobody called me I received a text that my car would be ready on Friday at 4:30 I went to Enterprise to turn in my rental they drove me to moss to find out my car wasn't ready with no reason as to why they did pay for the rental until today . Today I got a text my car would be ready at 2 again nobody called me I waited till 2 and called them got a message so I left a message nobody called me back I called again at 4 left another message still no call back a girl I work with called and found out the car wasn't ready.....should not have taken this long for a minor repair I am very disappointed

front bumper cover was replaced.
right side edge was not finished as well as the left side edge.
right side could have been sanded down a bit to better match the left side edge finish.

The person in charge of the status update told me on 3 separate occasions she would follow up and call me back and didn't. I got text messages in strings that took hours to fully come through and half were for other customers. Holly was always returning from lunch and that was her excuse for never calling back. I was told my part was coming in on Tuesday and then told it came in on Wednesday and then told it came on Thursday when I finally got my car back.. I would have put in for a rental car if holly had been honest about the status. I will be reporting with nationwide about the lack of curtiousy that was displayed. I don't want excuses about a rough week.

there are cracks in the rhino lining of the bed of the truck. When this was pulled back to replace the bed it caused cracks in the lining that should have been sealed to prevent future water damage
