After we got back to WVa, noticed the trunk lid didn’t fit right on drivers side. They also told us it was in detail for several hours. It had not been cleaned up. The highlight was Rachel trying her best to keep us up to date. She was great. No one met us outside to look over the car????.

Did a great job repairing the deep scratches on my BMW. Cleaned up my car inside and out before returning to me. Very pleased.

An option was given to touch up with touch up paint the small dent when the bumper was replaced or to repaint completely the whole driver side which seemed very extensive and not necessary. When I did get the car back it was very timely as it only took a day for the repair to be completed yet the touch-up was clearly that and there were still paint chips not even sanded it down sticking out around this minimal touch up. I would have expected a little sanding and smoothing and filling in on the paint edges at least and this more minimal repair. Also there were still several orange marks which had been put there to show where touch-ups were needed. Curiously, these had not been removed and we're obviously standing out in contrast to the white color of the van. Seems like a rush job and not up to the standard of what I had seen professed by others in Stallings ratings.

You all made this process so easy and took care of a nail in my tire while you fixed my bumper! That might not seem like a big deal to some people, but i am busy all the time, so not having to deal with that separately was a blessing! Thank you!!

They did a great job with the car and fixing it I am still missing a rubber gasket on rear passenger side door and my check engine light came on soon after leaving the building and I will be calling tomorrow
