We were extremely impressed from start to finish. You kept us updated constantly via phone and text. When I arrived there was a stallings, geico and enterprise staff member present and that was extremely helpful. We would/will definitely use your services in the future.

My "new" rear tail light has a chip in it. Which makes me think it's not actually a new tail light. Also the work that I signed off on said that you would steam clean the inside of my trunk, but you did not steam clean it the inside of my trunk. I wonder how much of the other things that you build insurance for Warrant completed as written.

I booked this appt two weeks in advance and was originally given the impression that it would be around a two day job, but turned out to be 7 days. Apparently, a wrong part was sent (for assembly) and it wasn’t noticed until the car was being put back together. That was a bit of a bummer, but I understand “stuff happens.” Anyhow, nice to have my baby back and it looks original. Nice customer service at front desk and nice to be able to check on car (and receive texts) for progress. Thank you!

There were issues with the arrangements made with Enterprise that remain unresolved. The repairs themselves were fine, but the affiliation with Geico and Enterprise tainted my view of Stallings.

This experience was absolutely absurd. I was promised a date to have my car returned to me, 5-6 different times and it continuously changed, due to them finding “something else wrong.” If that was the case they should’ve gave me a longer date from the beginning when the estimate was being completed. Thankfully, after a month and a half they offered a rental car, but were often rude on the phone claiming they were not going to “pay for me to take the rental out of town.” I understand that was a customer service, but as someone who works with customer service every day, correct and good customer service would be to not lie to clients, which is what I heard every time I called, when they would find yet something else wrong with my vehicle. I was out of work for 2-3 weeks due to this, and every time I would get back on the schedule and would go to pick my car up, I would receive notification that the final date had been pushed back, a WHOLE WEEK. This became absurd after month ****. At month 2, I decided I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have a lot of friends and coworkers in Asheville who consistently need car services, and I would and will never recommend this location, unless they are in no hurry to get their vehicle back. I appreciate them finalizing my car, but my experience was very poor and unacceptable.

The rain guard that was replaced on my passenger door doesn’t match’s the others on the truck, are the other 3 pieces for the other doors available to replace so they again match?
