When the car was dropped off the rental wasn't ready due to the estimate not being uploaded to Nationwide. I dropped off the car on Thursday morning and was told it would be ready for pick up the next day (Friday), I wasnt able to pick up my car until Tuesday afternoon. Maybe more realistic expectations should be set. The body work was done nicely.

This was my second experience with Stallings. I have told many people how pleased I am with their work, their pride in each job, and the courtesy I have received. Both jobs looked like new. When they return your vehicle it is clean and illustrates pride of their service and work.

The collision repair was excellent.However the inside of the car could have gotten some better attention.Paper was left on the floor and a quick vacuuming would have been nice-thanks

Asked that Stallings quote and repair a minor scratch unrelated to my Geico claim, while the vehicle was being repaired, because I would have a rental vehicle. Jaime made a notation at intake, but this request was ignored.

As I said in my other e-mail, I have nothing to compare this experience to, but I don't see how any other place could have been as good as Stallings in every way - the great work that was done - my car looks like new, & especially all the people who work there who were so VERY helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, etc.. There are still some scratches from the accident on the lower lip front spoiler there's a piece missing from the front grill but I was told it would be order....call me ****-****-xxxx

Everything about the service was excellent. All staff were very courteous and professional. My car was fixed in a very timely manner. I was kept apprised of my vehicle status throughout the experience. The repair work was well done. My expectations were exceeded at all levels. Nice job.

To say I was satisfied would be and understatement. I'm over 70 years old and have owned a "few" cars in my life and have had the misfortune of having had some of them bumped, hit, scratch, and in my younger days, keyed. ALWAYS trusting the " estimated" or the on air commercials. I have 4 daughter's and a son and all started driving at an early age, so cars and accidents have always been in our lives. Was referred to Stallings by my insurance company to get an "honest & fair estimate" which I did after getting two others, from very reputable repair shops, and I CHOSE STALLINGS. Where have they been all of these years!?! From the first entrance I was meet at the front desk by a very professional young lady who was very knowledgeable in what I was to expect and was shown to a waiting that nicer than any physicians waiting area I've ever been in. Shortly a young man came and introduced himself as Brandon and he escorted me to the estimating area to see the damage to my vehicle. Right then and there I KNEW where my vehicle was to be repaired barring some outrageous estimate. The estimate was only a "few" dollars more that the others I'd received but I KNEW this was the place and given the repair to them then and there. Within hours I received a text message assuring me my vehicle was in great hands. I received another text with an update the next and the next letting me know the progress was going smoothly, then another staying the day and time I could pick my vehicle up. Upon arriving at the Shop I was taken to the delivery area where I was shown my new baby by Brandon and my insurance agent and was all smiles. Not only was I happy with the results of the delivery of my baby but was totally happy because the total was far less than the estimate, not higher!! Don't waste time "shopping" around for a vehicle repair shop, make ONE STOP at STALLINGS VEHICLE "HOSPITAL" Thank you STALLINGS for your professionalism from the entrance to the delivery and a job well done!
