The insurance side of the whole process was straightforward and execution was accurate. The repair side was not. My repairs were not done right and had to be redone. I showed up when Stallings said my car was done- and left with the same rental car; because my repairs were not done right- sloppy repairs.

This is the second car Stallings has fixed for me. I chose them to fix my car this time because last year when they fixed my old car, they did a great job. This was the one and only place I wanted to bring my car. And for future problems, I will be sure to bring it back. You guys are great!

Some overspray on front cover and driver fender, some compound still in jams, and some trash in the hood surface, if it was cleaned up and inspected before delivery this could have been caught, other than that the repair and color match on the dents them selfs look good.

Everything looked and functioned great. Body lines were spot on and no visible sanding marks. The blending was perfect, they even cleaned the inside of the car the first time I’ve ever had a body shop do this. Will definitely be a repeat customer and I do recommend them if you need a vehicle repaired

I was satisfied, however I feel that more communication is nessessary to insure that customers are informed of what they need when they take delivery of their repaired vehicle. My wife had a bad experience today with the Gieco rep. He was rude and short with her and very unprofessional when I spoke to him over the phone. He also would not speak to me when I arrived to assist my wife. We were not informed at any time during this whole repair process that we had to provide the deductible before getting our car back. The rep refused our check and refused to work with my wife as we were under the impression that the deductible would be billed to us. But no matter I was pleased with stallings and repair, and I was prepared to add my other vehicles to the Gieco policy. But now I think not.

I toke my car to have the windshield replaced and for the truck to be painted that had it for two days. They call and tell me it’s ready they bring my car around for me to leave and they forgot to replace my windshield.

**** geico insurance company! It's not Stalling Collisions fault for what they did...its the jackass adjuster half assing the repairs I'm pissed the **** off with Geico

I think you have the BEST customer service and one stop experience I have ever had the opportunity to experience. Unfortunately it was because of an accident and my vehicle ,but dealing with Geico and Stallings it was actually stress free. Thank you for perfecting the experience and for being there.

Tom Garrity reassured me your staff would take very good care of my car and your staff did an excellent job keeping me informed daily on the progress. Your staff also had my car fixed and ready for me to pick up a day earlier then expected which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you all for doing a great job. looked like a good job other than the good wasn't taken care of even though I pointed it out and discussed it with the guy that was doing the estimate and also when he called me and we talked about the good again. I just want it all fixed correctly. I talked with the manager about it getting fixed correctly. Thanks
