Went in for a repair through insurance on someone else and they did amazing. Wash and wax job they did after is great! I’d definitely use them for my personal business.

One had to go back to get a part they missed, two had to get my tire fixed and wait 4 hours to get it fixed by the place they send me to. Three don’t tell me what you are going to do and not comply your word should mean something. Then I had to get them to fix a part of my window who they thought I won’t notice it wasn’t right . Not the first time I been there but after this I can’t just not say anything. I waited because I understand the business but at the same time I know what is like to to build customers service.

I received a text on Friday 4/6 saying my car was ready for pick-up. After paying today (4/9), I was given a receipt and keys, but no one accompanied me to discuss the repairs or even look at my car. I proceeded to check out my car, and even opened the hood to look at repairs, but no one offered assistance. I went back inside and requested that a rep review the repairs with me. He found work that had not been completed and said I needed to wait for a part that had not yet been delivered. Rep commented “you should have been notified on Friday...”. I was notified on Friday, but incorrectly! My passenger seat had a LOT of white dust on the bottom cushion. The rest of the car looked like it had been cleaned though.(?strange?) Other times I’ve done business with Stallings, there was just much more attention given to customer service, and a different experience altogether, so I was kind of shocked. I want to think y’all were just really busy, or it was an off day maybe?
