You did a fine job in repairing my ZR1, but ya’ll tried to get by and save money and as a result you have created a dangerous safety condition. The front end damage required you to replace the driver side composite brake rotor, I don’t know why, but somebody decided to only replace the damaged rotor. When you’re dealing with a car that has a value in excess of $200,000, you can’t just replace one rotor, you have to replace two. Instead you thought you would save money, and now the car pulls violently to the right in a modest breaking situation. So if this is what you guys consider good service then you did a great job.

I’m reflecting on our conversation today and something just didn’t sit right with me about your customer service. It was two faced compared to our past conversations and interactions. First off, I have never met you face to face, so I am probably just number to you. Though I appreciate the updates, putting me in a situation that potentially would have cost me more money was BS and you know it. Quite frankly you were rude and disrespectful, so work on that. You made no effort to work me with you just wanted my car off your line. No regards to where I was or my situation. Thankfully I figured it out. Secondly, do not compare your work to mine. It’s not the same. Cars are not people. And if they were they’d be in trouble under your care. So work on those things. You seem like you’re new to your job. If you have any other questions in regards to improving your customer satisfaction give me a call and I’ll gladly discuss it with you. If not hopefully these suggestions improve your ability to do your job.
Thats the message I sent him, so he left it on a pretty bad note. Tell him to work on his customer service and enjoy the holidays.
