It took about a month and a half for my car to be repaired. Every week I would get a text message saying the promise date was pushed back another week. I would never have my car repaired at Selman collision center ever again. Ricardo the guy who was taking care of following up with me was horrible. He rarely returned my calls, and he placed the blame on the parts for constant delays. He never took any responsibility it was ridiculous.

My side mirror adjuster module was damaged during the repair process, other than that (as far as I know) everything was great

I would like the mechanic to reattach our TSI emblem on the trunk/back of my vw that emblem meant a lot to me please call me 424_255_0619- Jonathan. PS I'll be a more careful driver now reguardless,my vw looks gr8! Thx! Call me

ALL employees were very helpful and Ricardo was very helpful. My car got hit twice with in one month and got fixed by Selman Chevrolet. The end result was like getting a brand new car. You guys did an excellent job! Thank you. ;)

Ricardo was very thorough and I appreciated working with him. He was professional and an asset to Selman. If I need a collision center again Selman will be my requested center. Additionally, I when I buy another Chevy, Selman will be my dealer of choice. Thank you Ricardo for a pleasant experience.

Thank you for keeping to the original estimate by Geico. We chose to get the work done, because of the estimate. I was a little concerned when I didn't receive any updates on timing at the end of the first day. However, the car was ready by the next day. Everything looked good, and we were pleased. Thank you for all your help, efforts and time. Your team is much appreciated! In the event of another accident or incident, we will return. Thank you again!
