Where do I start? Terrible experience! The incorrect texts regarding the completion date were confusing.. I specifically pointed out my main concern upon drop off, it was not addressed, I came from **** ****/2 hours away to an Essurance shop to avoid problems and it was nothing but! It was so frustrating I don't even want to bother writing all this, it's like reliving it! No thank you AND on top of it all, ITS STILL NOT DONE AFTER 3 weeks and it was just a little rear ending accident AND they charged a fortune! There's more but I have already wasted so much time on Diamond Auto Body! Shame on you! I was treated nothing like your 'slogans'!

Excellent repair and clean up very good, although some stains from the cleaning in the trunk.

Brakes are squishy and a part was "accidentally" discarded. A new one had to be ordered which I am currently waiting on.

Excellent service! The loaner Subaru make life a lot easier and should be the norm at any auto body shop but isn't. I'm put out a email to my EAA Chapter to give you guys their future business. One already responded saying they were going to get a bid from you today.
