Hi I was very satisfied with the work was done on my car. when you're into the office the receptionist at the front desk they was very polite and friendly. when a customer is setting in the waiting room waiting for one of the jesters to come and talk to them when other employees are coming out their office by passing a customers it would be nice if they would the customer and say hi instead of waiting until we're in their office then they want to talk to us about getting your car fixed and the attitude changes then it never hurts no one in business to speak to their customers first impression Very important.

I picked up my car today. They did not do the alignment as they stated. When I did the walk thru on pick up, the damage is still evident. There are dents and horrible marks. They apparently buffed it out and the paint is spidered. It’s horrible. The metal damage was not repaired. It’s a joke. Who works on your vehicles? It’s a brand new Rover. Insurance covers this and your work is bull crap. They have damaged the bumper and it needs to be replaced. My car has to be back on Monday so they can fix it. A joke.

Everyone was so professional. Jeff and Merrina were absolutely phenomenal and made this entire process as stress-free as possible. I was always greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. I was called a day early and drove my rental car all the way out to the body shop to pick my car up, where they advised they called the wrong person. To avoid having to get another day out of pocket for the rental car, as the car was supposed to only take 7 days, i drove the car to the airport to return it. I then took a uber which again was out of pocket to get home. for this mistake the body shop agreed to have my car towed back to my house. I received a text thursday night saying the car was completed however when i called on friday they said my car was still not done. The car was delivered friday afternoon, where them i noticed there was still roughly an inch scratch on the fender that was supposed to be replaced or fixed and re painted. Now i have to again take more time out of my day to drop off the car To get this fixed. The body shop had said they would give me a rental for the day and then i would need to pick it up later that day. the GM has also stated that the car was not looked at before it left the shop which should have been been done by a geico rep. i will be xmcontacting them desperately on that. i wouldn’t reccomend this shop nor use them again to be quite honest.-

Great service. I would like to mention one area of mid communication I had though. When I first brought my car in I was told that you did not do inspections for Allstate but only repairs. There was some mis communication with my insurance company how the process worked... which is not you fault, but I did intend to have you do the repairs from the beginning and was told by my claim rep to take my car in for an “inspection”. When I brought it in for the “ inspection, not intending to drop it off for good, I was told you only did repairs and not inspection for Allstate. I wanted to make you aware of the mis communication I had with the front desk woman, BECAISE I really considered taking my car elsewhere to get fixed after the mis communication. I am very busy and did not have time to drive there twice. HOWEVER, I was pleased with you updates and service through the repair process. Thank you!
