ABRA did not give me a repair estimate copy and i was not aware of the fact that the parts replaced could be an After Market part. I got to know this only after the work was done. Could see that the after market part that was used was charged at a much higher price(looked at the online price using the part number mentioned in the bill). For the amount that was charged, I could have got an OEM part. Did not get things right the first time. Had to pick it up on a different date.

We were told the car was ready, and we arrange to pick it up the next day. When we arrives, Abra said they needed 45 more minutes. They made us wait one and a half hours longer. That was very frustrating. Everything else was good.

Every one was very accommodating. They serviced my car in a very short time. And I am very satisfied! Very professional! I looked at another auto body service before I found out that I needed to have a Geico person look at my car. They told me it would be over two weeks before I could get my car in. I will definitely go to ABRA if I have any issues in the future. Love them!

I felt that the employees were very friendly and helpful. However, I feel as though they were lacking in the communications department. We were told that we would hear from them about every two days, which did not happen. We were also told that there were voicemails that were left, when there weren’t. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience, but you can’t make promises you then don’t keep.

Molly was especially patient and helpful and always answered my calls in a timely manner. The valet svc And the young men who p/u and dropped off my Toyota were very respectable and mindful of my concerns about my truck. So refreshing in today's climate of walking on pins and needles. The initial contact person was excellent. She took the time to listen to all my concerns. She was kind and courteous and explained the process well with regular updates as to the progress. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the there were tools in my vehicle. It looked like a coat of wax was applied to the windows. Within 15 minuets of leaving my door handle nearly fell off. I was able to return the next day to remedy the issues at a great inconvenience to myself. The front counter people, 5 of 5 stars. The repair techs, 2.5 of 5 stars.
