I was not happy with what I perceived as a lack of urgency.
I also thought the shop mgr 'Joe" basically called me a liar when he said that the car had been in other accidents and that the chipped tail light was not his fault for missing it.
Overall I was not happy with the service and I will be putting my complaints in writing to State Farm to advise them of my dissatisfaction with the service.

The communication was great, good peopleto work with. I was disappointed with the detailing part, that I paid extra for. I had to vacuum part of vehicle and also wash the front inside window shield. I would recommend them to others.
