The customer service and quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. After meeting with the Manager Seth, I felt that the repair would be done well. I was kept up to date by Katy every day as to what to expect and what might delay the repair. Molly was very helpful on Monday during check in period and Kayla today at pick-up time was very pleasant. Your selection of good associates and their continued training is apparent.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had going to a car repair shop or auto body shop. The staff was friendly informative and extremely reassuring that my vehicle would be returned to me better than it came in, which was not in the greatest shape. I would like to give a special shout-out to Katie who I seemed to work with personally and she went above and beyond the Call of Duty when it came to finding a very difficult part for my vehicle. the car repair looks great. One comment I do have is that the emails get a bit confusing on is the car ready or is it not ready. Sometimes the emails almost cross in cyber space
