I specifically requested that my car be waxed/polished before pick up. The car was already past the stated "ready" time and date set by the repair shop. When I arrived to pick it up the car had not been polished but the charge for it was still on the bill. The reason that this was important to me was that they painted only portions of the car and those portions cannot be waxed for 3 months. I'm not sure exactly what can and can't be waxed. So in short I am unhappy about the wax but satisfied with the repair work.
