There is nothing more to be done. Please don't call anymore. ****. Our car was dirty when we brought it in. If it would have been wiped off, we would have noticed the dents in the door. Then something could have been done or not done, but we would not have been "surprised" at the end. Plus you were not there when you told us to pick up the car. Shame on you, Don. 2. If, when we came in to visit our car to look at the molding, you had said that the dents in the door would not be fixed, then something could have been done or discussed at that time. 3. You told us to come to pick up the car AT 5:00, and you were not there. You left your two employees who knew nothing about the situation to deal with us. I was very upset that the dents were not pointed out to us before you decided what you would and would not fix. I can see the "new" dents in my door every time I enter the car and it makes me mad all over again. A little communication would have been good. But, then, there was way too much communication with all the phone calls about what was going on with the car, but NOTHING about the door dents not being fixed. I don't want my insurance to pay for something that was not in the "accident", but I did not have those "door dings" before. I never want to hear from you or use your company again.

I was completely happy with my entire experience at ABRA. From the initial estimate (with **** Verbick) to dropping the car off, getting regular updates and finally picking up my beautifully restored/repaired Camry. Awesome job and an awesome experience! Thanks!
