During the ****.5 weeks that my vehicle was getting repaired, I received several emails updating me on the status. However, most of these emails were really more like, e.g., "Your Toyota is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home." Such emails don't really give any information, and in the absence of information such emails aren't really useful to me; I already know that my car is in ABRA's hands!
