The process was easy. I was informed of the steps involved and then was given progress reports throughout the repair. The repair was done quickly and with no inconvenience to me. Rebecca was professional and easy to work with. The entire experience was good due to the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff.

Could not compliment you enough about my recent experience with Abra. After spending $2,500 at a dealership to get mechanic repairs done to my vehicle, I hit a deer on the way home. After the experience I had with the dealership, I was not looking forward to starting the whole process over. Most specifically Lisa and Tim should be complimented on their excellent customer service. I selected Abra because it was close to my work and a preferred repair company for my insurance but I would recommend them to anyone. Within the hour of calling Lisa, my car was dropped off and I had a loaner vehicle for the length of my repairs. Tim kept me informed during the week to update me on the repairs. When it came time to pick my vehicle up, it looked better then the day I drove it off the lot thanks to the awesome detailing. Not very often you can brag about exceptional customer service, but I would like thank you for making a dificult experience pain free. Thank you.
