One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Really appreciated the many update calls. I never had to call once to find out what was going on with my car. When my wife and daughter picked it up it was inside, clean, and perfect. I will recommend Abra every chance I get. I don't know who owns Abra or the Odana Rd. location, but they have somehow found a way to resurrect a sense of decency and respect for the customer into your business model.
