I really appreciated the way that Abra went out of their way to make the repair on my vehicle conclude right. During the repair, Scott (customer service manager for my case) called to check-in virtually every day to let me know how things were going. Mid-repair, I had mentioned that I needed the repair complete by a certain day, and they were able to make that happen. While there was an issue initially (the repair looked great, but there developed a leak into the trunk), they responded quickly and, again, went out of their way to get it done, even staying late to resolve it. My repair has been a positive experience, and I wanted to say thanks again for making sure it happened that way.
