Great service

There were a number of small glass particles that we found on our rug in the house after driving the vehicle home. Inspection of the car showed a substantial number of glass particles on the floor of the front seat as well as in the cervices of the front seats. This required an exstensive vacuuming of the front seat & front floor areas & removal of the front floor mats(which were winter mats) & repacement with the summer mats. Although we were assured that you removed as much glass as you could, there was still quite a bit of glass that we had to vacxuum up at home & that was visible, especially on the driver's side floor. We thought you could have done a better job in this regard. We felt we had to complete the vacuuming before we could drive the car further, so there is no need for you to do any more vacuuming. Otherwise, we were happy with the overall appearance & functionality of the vehicle.

More than satisfied! Everything about this business is top drawer. The facility is sparkling clean; employees are efficient and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our repair was done the day before (!) scheduled and the car was washed and cleaned inside and out. I have never given such a positive review of a business but this place is definitely above and beyond!
