The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful as well. You had to order additional parts that weren't originally anticipated, so it took an additional day for the repairs. I needed a car the night I had expected to get my car back, so Tim arranged for me to get an Enterprise car to use at no expense. Overall it was a VERY good experience and if needed, I will certainly use Abra again and recommend them to any of my friends.

My liner came off at 65 mph on the highway. The bumper was installed incorrectly. Mats were missing. The car still smells. And the registration and insurance paperwork cannot be found. Very disappointed.

Scott was excellent to work with. He comminicated each day and the discound on the enterprise remtal was terrific. Lisa at front desk is excellent. She makes you feel at home amd is extremely friendly amd caring. I delt lime scott xared about the entire process jefinnimg to end and he even gave me someextra paint and did an extra touch up for me on my lower doors where iasked anout the rust there. Great people, great job, i went back and told my office what a great jon you all did! Thank so much!

The estimate was well done; friendly, speedy and a accurate. The active repair work was done quickly and looks excellent. The car was ready when they said it would be, cleaned beautifully and repair terrific. All the staff are super friendly and make what could be a nightmare process a pleasure.

The overall length of the fix was far too long. A portion of that was the extensive damage but a portion was a lack of communication with the insurance company. Things did not get moving until I went into Abra which is when the insurance company finally received the needed documents. A lot of new things "came up" which continued to delay the expected completion date. For a $12,000 fix I would have thought more time would have been put into it initially. The communication did improve as the delays continued. Finally, the car was by no means "cleaned" which was promised.
