The car repairs turned out great. The car looks and runs smooth again. What I’m not completely satisfied with is the “express” estimate service where we waited for weeks to even get the car in and then it took days longer before we had any kind of ballpark on what the damage total would be. I expected to see the estimate in an email and didn’t. I did ask for it eventually, but this was not part of the flow. Also, it was challenging to plan when to pick up the car without more notice than the same day. I know Rebecca was trying and kept saying she’d know more after the next production meeting, so perhaps I was just expecting too much to have more of an idea. Ballpark? A week or so vs 2 days? She was very professional and courteous, but it was disappointing and frustrating not to be able to plan better with so much to juggle in our daily lives and a long drive up to Madison just to get the car so we don’t incur rental fees past the return date.

Scott worked with me on evaluating what was needed to repair my car. From start to finish, he was very easy to work with and provided prompt and detailed communication as the repair progressed. The repair work is flawless and I am very happy with the results! I would recommend Abra to anyone needing body work.

The car was completely repaired faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I was able to wait for my car to be completed as it was minor damage but the ****/2 hour quoted was an understatement. An hour and a half was more like it. Glad there is a coffee shop close as waiting are is VERY barren.

You all made it a very simple and painless process which I appreciate, the employees were very courteous and helpful, and the fact that my car came out nicer than it did going in (took the time to take care of scratches in surrounding area out of generosity, detailed work on affected item, vacuumed inside, scrubbed clean all windows (did not go unnoticed)) truly made the experience as a whole very enjoyful, thank you again!
