I have never had such a fantastic experience with an auto body shop before. I've always expected to be treated with general indifference to barely concealed rudeness from places like these. I always cringed at the thought of having to take my car in to be fixed. However, from the moment I walked in to Abra my experience was completely different. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel at ease. All of my questions were answered completely and thoroughly and Heather and Lori really seemed to care about me and my family rather than just their jobs. I was kept updated on what was going on with my car and even given advice on how to handle certain things with the insurance company. The work that was done on my car was excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I will (and already have) recommended Abra to everyone I know. Great job! The staff is all about customer service. I think her name is Heather? She was cheerful and efficient. The work was done quickly and looked great. They even matched the paint on a small unrelated blemish. The inside was embarrassingly dirt and they cleaned it thoroughly. They even removed broken frame from around my license plate. I will recommend ABRA to anyone who will listen. The whole experience was pleasant. I give a score of 10 out of 10!!

While the work done was fine, my husband said it would have been nice if the car had not been left outside after washing, etc., as it had a lot of residue on it.

I wasn't able to look at it before leaving lot due to down pour of rain. I just looked at it this morning. The paint job is beautiful. The gap isn't even and the edge is not flush, still pushed in a bit. Do appreciate the inside cleaning, thank you.
