The repair work was absolutely great. When you washed my vehicle, the quality and attention was sub-par....I was told it would be a "hand wash", but there was grime on the door and the windshield was not cleaned.

Although the 1st time I came in for my repairs the part wasn't painted, Steve was very apologetic and discounted the work as it was ABRA's error. When the repair was completed I asked for a car wash and they even got some white paint off the side of my red car without me asking for them to do so. Pleasant staff and good customer service.
