Great experience except for the rental car. The rental reservation was made for the wrong day. I had to spend an extra hour dropping my car off and being driven to Enterprise. One of the reasons I went to Abra was because I was told it would be simpler and everything taken care of including the rental car. That wasn't my experience. The work Abra completed on the car looks excellent.

Repair work was completed ahead of schedule and to my full satisfaction.

Excellent service

Notice a gap between the hood and front grill which were both replaced. Also notice plastic rubbing against the hood latch. Brought this to the attention of Norman and Kevin. Norman held the vehicle for a day to adjust the plastic piece that was rubbing. The following day I had an ARGUMENT with Kevin because I was not satisfied with the repair to the hood and front grill. He proceed to tell me that I got a free $600 paint job, and that Norman told him to fix it for the least amount of money, which I did not say. It's unbelievable that Kevin argued with me because I was unsatisfied with the service I paid for. I've used Abra twice in the past and my family has used Abra for various jobs. Service was definitely down this time. Also, I had to ask Norman to walk out and go over the repairs with me the first time I went to pick up my car!

They made the process of getting my car repaired as easy as possible. Thank you

My wife had to pick up the car because I was at work. For some reason the drivers side door is now out of alignment. Apparently it’s going to be repaired, however it isn’t pleasant that after 6 days of juggling schedules I finally pick up my car with a broken door. The door was not damaged when it was hit and maybe it was removed for the fender replacement? In any case it stinks that it’s really not done and now I have to take off work or depend on other to change their schedule for another day.

The car is repaired to original condition. The employees were Kind and efficient. Thank you to you all. Terry Tower
