Norm and Ron, Frankly I'm disgusted. I could have taken my vehicle to a local shop in Racine, but Landrover recommended you. I'm paying you out of pocket without insurance money. My only request was that the job be done correctly. I patiently waited for you to get the parts you needed and to take the time you needed, especially since I am not in Kenosha and require my wife to drive me to your shop. You took an extra week due to problems getting parts from the dealer. I specifically asked you on the phone if you would prefer to keep the car longer on the day of pickup because it appeared you were rushing to get it done yesterday. You said it was my choice so I came in to pick up the car. Then, after my wife drove me to your shop and you told me I could let her drive home while you finished washing the car, you told me there is still a nick in the molding of the window. Well there are two dents in the metal molding and it looks terrible. Since when does a dent repair shop put dented parts back on a vehicle? You had the car two weeks and didn't know what parts were needed? You said you couldn't see it because of the tape that was covering the damage at the time of the estimate. Well you taped it up. You said it will cost an extra 75 to fix and I can wait while it gets done. Of coarse it will take you two weeks to get the parts. This process started Jan 6. Now it is Feb 19 and the job is still not done, I'll need to make another trip out of town on my day off, and I have to pay you more money. You should be doing this free of charge. Furthermore, my warning lights are going off so will need to take the car to the dealer to fix that problem which developed while in your shop. Gary C

I made an appointment a month or more out for first thing in the morning. I dropped off the vehicle around 8 am. The person who looked at the vehicle said they would try to "get right on it". I returned at ****:30 that afternoon and the vehicle hadn't been looked at. Why make an appointment for early am?
