I have a 2006 Buick. My car was initially serviced at the Abra in kanosha, WI. They did an amazing job. I am completely satisfied with the repairs done. And its a great relief after such a horrible accident. My car was then transferred to Abra in Cudahy, WI for pick up. I did notice a few scratches on my back bumper. The manager advised me to speak with my insurance adjuster about any damage that I felt uncomfortable with, since my car had been toed multiple times since the initial accident, and that they would keep open communication with me. When I drove away I noticed my car pulled to the right. The manager then drove my car to see what my concern was. I ended up having to leave my car another day. But the next day I picked up my car with no problem, whatever initial problem their had been was completely taken care of. The auto body manager even took care of the damages on my back bumper free of charge for all of the inconvenience. They did an amazing job. I am completely satisfied. The two manager at the Abra in cudahy completely went above and beyond for me and I am completely blown away by the quality of customer service o received. I be live one of the managers name was Kevin. Kevin and the other manager are awsome! If I ever need any body work done to any of my vehicles I will for sure be returning to Abra, and Abra will be the first place I recomend to anyone!

Woman at front desk on Monday morning was friendly and calm despite the fact that she was very busy and some customers were a bit impatient. Appreciated having rental car on site.

I would like to commend ABRA employee, Norman at the Kenosha location. He was one of the most professional people I have encountered in my 54 years. He was polite, respectful, compassionate, and I felt confident that my car would be taken care of to the highest degree because he communicated with me regularly. Today, I picked my car up and although I mistakenly came before the open time, Ron (?) took great care of me and sent me happily on my way. My Ford Escape looks perfect and drives beautifully. Thank you ABRA, for making this unpleasant situation truly tolerable!! I will recommend ABRA to everyone.
