Little higher priced but got it done quicker

After I brought my car in for an estimate, I wasnt informed of the next step in the process. I waited over a week before I finally called the insurance company. I think ABRA could have better informed me. ABRA wa excellent with communication and updates during the time my car was being serviced.

Everything was great. The work was finished sooner than originally estimated, and I was kept up to date with the progress of my repairs on a daily basis. I did have one issue that I didn't have an opportunity to address though. I got there to pick up my vehicle as they were still finishing up with the interior cleaning, which they did a great job with. I'm assuming that it's customary for the car to sit a air out for a few hours after the cleaning is done, but me being there to take the car right away cancelled that. Because of this, the interior had a lot of fumes left over from the cleaning supplies, and made it a little difficult to breath while driving. Having this done in the cold of winter has kept me from opening my windows and giving my car a chance to air out. This was definitely a downside, but I'm quite sure this was more or less my own doing for being so punctual with my pick-up. Otherwise the overall experience was a positive one.
