The experience with the staff was great. I only have one complaint.... They could of cleaned the enterior from the dust. Its very hard to drive when the windshield is foggy ( dust ). The seats and dash where dusty as well. I would of thought they would have wiped it down.That was my one and only complaint.

The line on the hatch and bumper cover is still not lined up. I showed the adjuster the space and it was still the same as before the repair. I would like to bring it back when I get bacl from travel. I'll be back after August 22 to take care of this issue.

I had asked to have some peeling paint on the rear bumper from a previous repair looked at. I was originally told by one of your staff that they thought it could be repaired under warranty. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked Matt if they were able to take care of the bumper and he had no idea what I was talking about. He went to check on the car and returned with the first staff member I had spoken to who said the bumper had been struck which caused the paint to pull away. I was OK with the explanation but it would have been nice that after that decision had been made I was made aware of it instead of just finding it out when I picked the car up.
