My car looks really but my front bumper doesn’t look like it is connected all the way. I can see a gap between the car and my bumper, it is not aligned.

Good morning, I was satisfied with the service . The only opportunity was once the car was picked up, There should be more personal interaction from Chesapeake representative with customer to walk to vehicle with you . A pre-inspection before you leave your vehicle as well as before the vehicle is pick your vehicle up. My perception more emphasis was put on pain for vehicle and the representatives getting off on time. Service starts from the beginning of the transaction to the end of the transaction. But, despite that the vehicle looks great!

Called multiple times to get the right mirror camera re-aimed and was repeatedly blown off and not contacted by Pasadena. Finally had to contact GEICO for guidance. GEICO will have me take it to Honda myself and get reimbursed for it.
As always, the body work was great and car looks great. The repair just wasn't complete. I shouldn't have to call repeatedly to try to get a repair completed. Calls should be returned within a reasonable amount of time. I shouldn't have had to get GEICO involved to get the issue resolved, especially at a GEICO Express facility.
We've had our cars worked on multiple times by Chesapeake and we've always been happy with the results. This was a huge departure from what we've come to expect.
