I am very happy with the way my vehicle looks and the new parts that were installed. However, the staff member Ann Marie seemed extremely scatter brained and forgot to ask me to leave my keys there once enterprise came to pick up my car. I waited 10 minutes at one point for someone to service me which I was not pleased about since before I came to drop my car off, I let Ann Marie know I had to go to work as well. I was not pleased with the customer service but the repairs shop finished my car in one day which was amazing. Please tell the ENTIRE staff regardless of WHO or WHAT your customer is, they should treat people with the same dignity and respect. Also maybe the company should invest in a better computer system so customers can be in and out.

I would like to recommend that special attention be given to the way your office handles follow-up/status calls to your clients. During the first week,I was notified in a timely fashion on how the repairs to my vehicle was going. On the date I was given to pick up my vehicle, no one called me to tell me my pick up date had changed. I called into the office to find this out. I think this process needs attention. I will say, after speaking to the office manager, things got better. Thanks for listening...

I was pleased at first with the text for status updates. It was told to me that my truck would be ready on Friday; no communication was sent on Friday, I called at 4 PM for an update the young lady told me car will be ready Monday morning. On Monday no one contacted me. I called at 4:30pm and the young lady told me the truck was ready. I informed her that I worker a hour away so I could not pick the car up that night and my husband will be there at 7:30AM on Tuesday morning. He arrived around 9PM the truck was still not ready so he had to go to work it was a big inconvenience for his work schedule.
