The bumper was not properly re-installed. I wasn't able to take my car home on the day it was promised Wednesday, June 15th. I hope the repairs will be of acceptable quality once the work is completed. Lynnette H

My vehicle was there for repairs for almost 2 weeks and we're supposed to repair a number of things. They told me my car would be ready Friday, then on Friday they said Saturday, then when I came on Saturday they told me my car still had to be cleaned so it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Then Monday when I went to pick up my car and return the rental, Chesapeake Collision told me that they had the wrong car all along and that my car had been ready since Thursday. That was such a huge incontinence for I didn't even get all of my repairs done for whatever reason, then they didn't even compensate me for the extra 4 days of a rental that I had to pay for. Then to make matters worst, when I finally got in my car after 2 weeks of chesapeake collision having it, my car wouldn't start. Chesapeake Collision had to jump start my car then they recommended that I not drive my car for a few more days. The worst experience ever. I was already inconvinced that my car was broken into **** and a half weeks before and it took them that long to call me in, then it was another 2 weeks so I haven't driven my car in a month.

Staff were friendly. They helped me to get a rental without any delay. they called me every few days to update me about the status of the repair. they were on time and finished the work as they promised. I have been very satisfied with their work.

I was highly satisfied with several aspects of my experience; Professionalism of the entire staff was excellent; communication, service and turn-around time from drop-off to pick up was excellent; quality of the work was excellent however I am minimally pleased with the replacement item I received (not of the same quality of the existing part) I can say I was warned previously that it may not be the same due to the part being an after market item. Chesapeake Collision went above my expectation by cleaning out my junky truck to complete there service. Joe, Leon (Enterprise) & I think his name was Darrell were excellent customer service, explaining before and after what to expect. I'm glad GEICO uses this company for repair. I would refer to a friend.

No one wanted to go with me to my car when finished to check the repair work, and did not .Unheard of. Bumper looks different then the old one.It has a lip on it. I could be wrong on that. I will check pictures I took when the event happened. My experience with Enterprise rent a car, was very upsetting. They were going to charge me for three days for insurance when I only had the car for TWO days.
